Gerry Sanchez, Vineyard Manager

Vineyard manager, jack-of-all trades. Gerry is the man to call when you need something done and don't know where to start. Not only does he and his team take exceptional care of the vineyards, including all organic and biodynamic practices, but he keeps the place in working order and able to make wine.

Responsible for implementing Dr. Gross's organic and biodynamic visions in the vineyard, Gerry and his team are ahead of the curve in organic/biodynamic viticulture. Managing 123 acres is no small task but Gerry keeps a very knowledgable and dedicated team (it helps to have two younger brothers on board) that takes great pride in a job well done and the success of the winery.
