Oregon Pinot Gris

As one of the first vineyards and wineries to produce Pinot Gris, Cooper Mountain Vineyards has helped set the standard and expectation for this wonderful varietal.

Utilizing classic methods to produce our Gris, you will find all of our offerings to have been made in stainless steel (we abandoned any hint of oak years ago) to provide clean, crisp flavors that respect and accurately portray the varietal.

We bottle three tiers of Gris; Estate, Reserve and Old Vines which is part of our premium set of Five Elements wines. If you ever have the opportunity to taste all three in a horizontal tasting you will be treated to a deeper understanding of what seems like a simple wine.
